** Donations to the YES Fund are particularly crucial this year. The WRJ recently made an emergency contribution from its YES Fund to the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion’s Israel Rabbinic Program  (HUC-JIR) to care for students and faculty by facilitating mental, emotional, and spiritual care; assisting displaced students; and providing special training in crisis management and leadership during times of war and trauma.

Prior to this donation, WRJ made an emergency allocation to the Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism, its partner on the ground in Israel and a multi-year YES Fund grantee.
